Vintage Air introduces our newest Gen 5 SureFit system. Complete bolt-in, electronically controlled heat/cool/defrost featuring industry-first OEM quality injection molded case with separate heat and cool coils, block type expansion valve, and high-capacity blower for rapid interior cooldown. System includes new OEM style control panel plus all components for installation.

Features:

All new OEM quality injection molded case with separate heat and cool coils, rubber over molded electronically controlled blend air doors, block type expansion valve, and high-capacity blower motor. Includes new three-lever OEM style LED lighted control panel, wiring harness, powder coated brackets and firewall plate. SureFit kits available for both original factory a/c and non a/c trucks.

Benefits:

Bolt-in electronically controlled system replaces outdated original components or brings modern climate control to trucks not originally equipped with air conditioning and delivers superior performance in a smaller package size. Servo motor-controlled doors, high-capacity blower, and large 2.5″ duct outlets provide fast interior cooldown and “just right” temperatures year-round.
