Wilwood Disc Brakes Expands Ford F-150 Truck TX6R Front Big Brake Kit Fitment

Wilwood has engineered brackets to expand their Tactical Xtreme TX6R front big brake kit fitment for the popular Ford F-150 trucks covering the last two decades, 2004 to present (6th through 9th generations), plus 2010-14 and 2017-19 Raptor models.

The new complete bolt-on big brake performance kits are designed around Wilwood’s stress-flow forged aluminum TX6R six piston calipers and components used on tactical armored vehicles up to 14,000 lbs GWVR. Lightweight aluminum hats add to the reduction of unsprung rotating mass helping improve vehicle performance. Large 15.50” diameter proprietary military-grade iron alloy rotors feature 72 staggered cooling vanes to shed heat quickly and provide better brake torque. GTB rotors are E-coated black throughout with a slotted face design.

Brake kits are engineered to fit most 20” or larger wheels for off-road, hauling, towing, commercial, and heavy-duty highway use. Calipers are available in red or black powder coat or 24 other color options (additional charges apply). Kits include fade-resistant BP-Q street-performance compound brake pads, stainless steel flexlines, and premium-grade hardware.
