The CC16’s a great fit for 283-350-ci engines in 1967-69 Firebirds and Camaros and 1968-72 Novas with stock motor mounts. They work with both stick and automatic transmissions, and offer good clearance for spark plugs and engine-mounted components except stock Camaro air conditioning. Ideally sized 1 5/8-inch tubes and 2 ½-inch collectors offer big horsepower gains. No gaskets are required. CC16’s are available in plain steel and in high-temp ceramic silver coating, and come with bolts and a weld-on mating flange for exhaust system hookup.

This front coil-over system for Ford models (Mustang, Torino, Falcon, among others) is easy to install, has tremendous shock travel and is highly adjustable. Installation only requires drilling 6-10 holes depending on the kit and is available in two different geometry curves: street/handling or street/drag racing. Global West also changed the shock mounting and made the lower shock mount closer to the center of the tire to provide better dampening of the suspension with smaller, less extreme shock adjustments. The new Plus 3 upper control arm has positive caster already built into the control arm.

ARP main stud kits are for OEM and aftermarket applications. Notable among these are kits for the new Dart LS Next block, as well as Dart SHP small-block Chevy and Ford engines. ARP’s Pro Series studs and bolts are manufactured from 8740 chrome-moly steel and heat-treated in-house to a nominal tensile strength of 200,000 psi. The studs are centerless ground and thread-rolled after heat-treating, which adds substantially to their fatigue resistance. ARP main studs and bolts provide increased clamping force, and help prevent crankshaft flex and fretting.

The No Holds Barred Corvette C6 competition exhaust muffler system from Burns is a serious racing-only exhaust system that amazingly sheds half the weight (25 pounds) off of the stock muffler system with a true 3-inch core diameter for improved flow resulting in faster acceleration and improved handling. To reduce weight as much as possible, the stock quad exhaust tips have been replaced with single 3-inch OD exhaust tips. The NhB exhaust tip design also allows for the addition of exhaust turnouts to direct exhaust noise away from the ever-more-popular, track-side sound stations. The NhB exhaust is constructed from U.S.-made lightweight ASTM 269 18g 304 stainless steel tubes and TIG-welded with argon back purge for maximum strength and durability. To ease the installation prospects of the fully dressed LS power unit, Concept One relocated the A/C compressor from its original position on the lower right to the upper right.
