Upper arms with custom billet cross shafts preassembled and custom pivot sleeves, have a safety feature that captures both sides of the bushing, unlike the originals that were only retained on the one side of the bushing under the head of the bolt. This unique feature allows full control and virtually no flex on the control arm when cornering. The lower control arms have a helical stamped coil spring mount, just like they did from the factory, which secures the coil spring into the lower control arm. The coil mount has been improved to make installation even easier. The lower shock mount is incorporated into the stamped coil plate and will also accept many aftermarket suspension systems as well.
The new P/N 13222 Low Pressure Regulator has an adjustable range between 1.5-5 PSI, and a soft-seat style valve designed to eliminate pressure creep. Racers and enthusiasts can now take advantage of high flow fuel pumps with 15-20 PSI of line pressure, without fear of flooding. It features a unique body, designed to support high flow at very low pressure.
These pumps were made specifically to accommodate vintage vehicles, which require lower fuel pressure. This pump has an operating pressure range of 1-4 pounds and is self-regulating.
