Covid is officially OVER, folks! At least in my mind it is after going to one of the BEST Car Shows on the West Coast. The Channel Islands Father’s Day Car Show competed with a host of shows in SoCal including Rodeo Drive… and it DESTROYED THEM. This was one of the funnest, most packed, most scenic, with the Harbor views and literally, an epic amount of smiling faces. Any of the shots I took of non-smiling faces were immediately followed-up by hysterical laughter. This is the show to go to, period…

Huge thanks to show-runners Stephanie Sipe and her husband for putting on this FREE EVENT and donating 100% of the Booths and more to charity. It was the RIGHT show, done in the RIGHT location, at the RIGHT time and in the RIGHT way. This will come to be known as the ONLY place to be on Father’s Day.

The combination of glistening colors, Kustom mods, kids, picnics, food smells, dog wags, clubs, OG’s and everything else made you feel like this was community. This was Family. And this was LOVE packaged into a single spot on the planet to celebrate those that love cars, the water, and time with loved ones.

Just take a look at these shots and tell me you can’t find anything cool. It’s overwhelming… and will soon be THE tradition for families. Good on ya, Dads. You now get to go somewhere where you know… your wife will love.
