Smoky Mountain Truck Fest

When it comes to truck show locations, having the right one is important. Having the right timing is important as well. For the Smoky Mountain Truck Fest, holding it in the Sevierville Convention Center puts it in close proximity to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. You may ask why this is important, but that goes with our next factor, the date. It being September 14 and 15, 2023, puts it the same weekend as the Rod Run, which completely fills up this eastern Tennessee town for days with thousands of cool vehicles. The Rod Run is one of the countries most visited car and truck event, so having a truck show this close to such a big event, makes for a massive crowd.

This part of Tennessee is known for its scenery and good weather and is packed with hotels and rental cabins. There are also a ton of restaurants, go cart tracks and plenty of things to do once the show is over. It’s also home to some of the best cruising in the country.  The Smoky Mountain Truck Fest has been in the area for a few years now and recently moved to this venue which provides not only a big parking lot for show vehicles, but a huge indoor location for venders and VIP vehicles. The show was packed both days with spectators checking out all the cool trucks, most of them being huge lifted, SEMA caliber trucks as well as watching the mobile dyno runs and picking up parts and swag from every key vendor in the scene.
