Hotrod Knights Hosts Weekly Sunday Event

There are few things that say Southern California more than a day at the beach with your favorite ride.

In the parking lot behind Glory Days Beachside Grill in Seal Beach, the Hotrod Knights Car Club has holding a car show every Sunday called Hotrods at the Beach. It’s open to all makes and years of hot rods, and classics are welcome, too. The day we were there to cover the event, cars began to arrive at about 7:30 a.m.

Since this location is near Pacific Coast Highway, the morning weather was cool, clear and warming up to a mild 65°F. The vehicle types ranged from ’70s pickup trucks to ‘20s roadsters and various cool rides in between. In addition to this the Knights had some nice raffle prizes for attendees to win. As midday approached, the car awards were presented. See the photos and captions for specifics.
