Synchromax is designed for manual transmissions that specify automotive transmission fluid or other light viscosity transmission fluids. It’s formulated with Royal Purple’s synthetic, proprietary Synerlec additive technology. The formulation creates a high- strength ionic bond with metal surfaces which provides unmatched oil film strength, to further decrease the amount of metal to metal contact. As an added benefit, Synerlec provides increased lubricity under higher temperatures, meaning the harder a vehicle works, the harder Synchromax works. By improving shifting, reducing gear noise and reducing parasytic loss, drivers will experience an overall better drivability courtesy of Synchromax. Synchromax also offers world class corrosion and oxidation protection that does not affect the soft metals commonly found in manual transmission synchronizers.

OTB makes two types of gauge panels. The Bomber Series five- and six-gauge panels feature a quarter-inch thick aluminum baseplate that can be fitted with a smooth aluminum or engine turned stainless steel faceplate. You attach a faceplate to the base with stainless steel rivets. That allows you to paint or anodize the faceplate without having to take the panel apart. Your choice of B-17 oval or B-24 rectangular panels that accept 3-3/8 and 2-1/16 inch diameter gauges. The cast gauge panels are made from aircraft quality cast aluminum with a deeply finned design. The valleys between the fins have a textured finish that readily accepts paint to produce a contrasting finish. Get it through Summit.

Classic Recreations’ new addition to its fully licensed Shelby continuation car line, the Shelby GT350CR Pro-Touring, features revised bodywork, a Ford Racing Coyote V8 wearing a new GT350 intake, advanced suspension by Detroit Speed & Engineering, a BASF paint job inspired by the famous Essex Wire GT350 race car, and new wheels by American Racing. The revamped GT350CR features a number of changes over the previous model. The engine is a 32 valve aluminum 5.0 liter Coyote engine from Ford racing, though in this instance, the intake has been swapped out for the unit from the 5.2 liter Voodoo engine which normally lives in the new Ford Shelby GT350 and GT350R Mustangs. This upgrade increases the horsepower count nearly 40hp.

Dymag is launching the Boxstrom Carbon Hybrid Auto Wheel, the MK2 version of the MK1 prototype wheel showcased at the previous SEMA. It has a unique carbon composite wheel rim with a fully optimised load path that is protected by sacrificial bi-axial composite layers. The new wheel offers many technical advantages, including being typically 40% lighter than standard cast aluminium wheels, 25% lighter than equivalent OEM forged aluminium wheels and having a 30% to 40% lower moment of inertia than aluminium cast and forged wheels.
