His photographs can only be described as the”Freshest Kind Of Raw”.

International Photographer Pep Williams was born and raised in Los Angeles and has always been around cars, primarily muscle cars and lowriders. One of his first memories is of drawing a car when he was 5 years old… and it was the infamous Gypsy Rose.

“It was in the opening credits of Chico And The Man television show back in the ‘70s and he says, “I was hooked. Later, I actually had a chance to shoot the car and became friends with the Valdez family. It was a true treat to sit in such an amazingly creative piece of history.”

Later at the age of 7, Pep really got into muscle cars as his Aunt had a ‘73 Challenger. He became obsessed with it. “The guys in the neighborhood would drag race all weekend down our street because we lived beside a power plant, so it was a perfect location to drag. I saw my first wheelie then and I was so blown away that muscle cars and die cast replicas became my thing.”

As a teenager, Pep also became famous as an original Dogtown Skater. Many skateboard magazines featured his tricks from the streets of Venice, California.

As a fine art photographer, Pep shoots all over the world and includes cars in his images, many of which sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This has allowed him to work with clients like Adidas, The Murphy Automotive Museum, The Petersen Museum, and Bentley Motors, among others.
