The mini-restoration was done during COVID-19 and what I thought would be collaborative effort with buddies, turned into a self-teaching project with inputs from hundreds of virtual assistants through Samba, YouTube and texts. To say it was isolating… and more so as a life changing journey would be an understatement. I was not a car guy. In fact, I was terrified… But what I can say now is that I am a car-guy who takes pride in everything I do to my bus.
I have learned so much and I am so thankful to be a part of this community where people have complimented the work that I have done. It is truly humbling while being an enormous confidence builder.
