Ending the year RIGHT!

Rounding out its third year in Houma, Louisiana, the Grand Finale continues to bring us another event to plug into our schedule for December. Throwing a twist in with Santa and the Grinch, a toy drive helped boost the holiday spirit for the kiddos. Having a healthy mixture of inside and outside parking really sets off this event—giving the regular car show feel outside on the concrete, as well as  a smaller scale World of Wheels inside. The Grand Finale offers the best of both worlds all in one shot!

Located throughout the outside showgrounds, vendors such as Kustom Ink Klothing, were in attendance with their impressive setup hauling an enclosed trailer with its very own ‘bagged HD pickup. Gooch Customs displayed his artwork while hand-pinstriping custom rides all weekend. Suburbia Sudz was also on hand, slinging those much-needed cleaning supplies to keep that show car in tip-top shape. Several food vendors were also present to keep the hunger at bay so showgoers could comfortably drool over radical rides in the show field.

The variety alone makes this event worth the trip. Hot rods, mini-trucks, lifted pickups, and tuners were sprinkled throughout the event. Roaming around to Tri-State Customs’ area, the full effect of the OBS Takeover row was rocking the pavement, along with a slammed semitruck parked in the middle of the lot that hauled multiple rides to the show. It was epic walking through and seeing fully restored classics mingling with fully modified customs in such a relaxed environment.

Some folks attend just a handful of events each year while others live their lives in the show scene. No matter when you think the show season is over, mark your calendar for The Grand Finale. Enjoy the coverage at your fingertips and make plans to attend in December of 2024!
